Court Reservation

Dear WPTC Members,

Over the past weekend there were several incidents of members reserving multiple courts through the on-line reservation system. Please be aware of the following policy that has been approved by both the Winnetka Park District and the Board of Directors of the Winnetka Platform Tennis Club regarding court reservations:

" Members may reserve one court per day for up to two (2) hours. Any member wishing to reserve two or more courts must pay the appropriate court fees. "

Our objective is to permit as many members and non-members the opportunity to use the facility.

Online Court Reservation (Now Available)

In order to utilize the Online Court Reservation System, your membership MUST BE COMPLETELY PAID. When your captain has turned in your info to the Winnetka Park District, you will receive your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Once you've received that information, you may start using the online court reservation system. Below are the instructions.

If you have any questions, please call the Winnetka Ice Arena at (847) 501-2060.

1. Type in your USERNAME.
2. Type in your PASSWORD.
3. Click on Sign In
4. If you are a first time user in our system, you will be asked for some security questions.
5. Click on the WPTC Court Reservations Button.
6. Choose a DATE on the calendar. (WPTC Members can reserve a court 7 Days in Advance)
7. Choose a Court (Court 1-6).
8. Click on the time slots you wish to reserve. (Note: the time slots are in 30 minute increments). You may choose (2) 30 minute slots = 1 hour or (3) 30 minute slots = 1-1/2 hrs.
9. After choosing your time slots, click on RESERVE.
10. Confirm each screen for information accuracy and review your receipt.
11. If you have an email address in our system, you will receive your receipt via email.
