Court Reservation

Dear WPTC Members,
Please be aware of the following policy that has been approved by both the Winnetka Park District and the Board of Directors of the Winnetka Platform Tennis Club regarding court reservations:
- No one is permitted on a court without a reservation.
- Courts may be reserved by WPTC members up to seven days in advance.
- Courts may be reserved either online (www.winnetkapaddle.com) or by calling the Winnetka Ice Arena (847-501-2060) between 9:00am-6:00pm. Please note: on weekends there is only one staff person on duty tending to many responsibilities within the Ice Arena.
- In order to reserve a court the individual must have paid their 2010-11 Season Membership.
- Memberships are valid from September 1st, 2010-August 31st, 2011
- Individuals may reserve one court per day for up to two hours. Individuals cannot make reservations for other WPTC Members.
- Any WPTC Member that wishes to reserve more than one court must pay the court fee ($20/hour) for the additional court.
- WPTC members are permitted to bring three non-members for their court at no additional fee.
Our objective is to permit as many members and non-members the opportunity to use the facility.

In order to utilize the Online Court Reservation System, your membership MUST BE COMPLETELY PAID. After your WPTC registration has been completed or updated, you will receive your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Once you've received that information, you may start using the online court reservation system. Below are the instructions.

Type in your USERNAME.

Type in your PASSWORD.

Click on Sign In

If you are a first time user in our system, you will be asked for some security questions.

Click on the WPTC Court Reservations Button.

Choose a DATE on the calendar. (WPTC Members can reserve a court 7 Days in Advance)

Choose a Court (Court 1-6).

Click on the time slots you wish to reserve. (Note: the time slots are in 30 minute increments). You may choose (2) 30 minute slots = 1 hour or (3) 30 minute slots = 1-1/2 hrs.

After choosing your time slots, click on RESERVE.

Confirm each screen for information accuracy and review your receipt.

If you have an email address in our system, you will receive your receipt via email.
