We’re thrilled to announce the inaugural WPTC Women’s SUMMER SHOWDOWN.
Game Play Overview:
Entries will be divided up into competitive pool play in the morning - earliest warm ups starting at 8:45am for matches starting at 9:00am. Top scoring team from each pool will move on to bracket play in the afternoon. Pool play schedule will be distributed to all players at least 48 hrs. in advance of the tournament.
Pool Play Overview:
Teams will play every team in their pool once. Matches consist of 2 sets total - with teams collecting points for the number of games won (example: If score is 6-1 / 6-4, winning team walks away with 12 points, losing team walks away with 5 points... so every game counts!)
Top scoring team from each pool will move on to bracket play in the afternoon for the chance to vie for the championship!
Cost & Registration Information: $120 entry fee PER TEAM.
Both players on a team MUST be a women's member or associate member of the WPTC. Only one player should register / pay for the team - there is a field to include your partners name & skill level in the registration form before hitting submit.
Registration will open up on May 18th @ 8:00 AM

FYI - Cancellation Deadline: If you can no longer attend, please cancel least 1 week prior to event (EOD 7/11) to receive a refund. Please inform Meredith Goodspeed of any cancellations. Any cancellations made on or after 7/12 will no longer be reimbursed.
